Energy Consulting
We help our clients to choose best energy efficiency or incentive program to achieve their conservation goals. Our Energy Consulting is focusing on building's HVAC and Lighting equipment as per following table.
Continuous Optimization
One of the most comprehensive programs available for commercial buildings over 50,000sqft with installed DDC system is BC Hydro’s Continuous Optimization. This program is unique because it provides complete picture of building’s performance over full year with energy efficiency measures with short payback and also “food for thought” measures with longer than 2year payback (Investigation Phase). It is up to the end-user to decide which measures will be implemented and in what time horizon (Implementation phase). Even when the measures are implemented the program will continue for one more year in order to ensure that estimated energy savings are realized (Coaching Phase).

Energy Management
Modern buildings are very dynamic environment changing building maintenance into a complex task with primary goal of keeping the tenants or occupants comfortable. This means that immediate response to tenants/occupants complaints to achieve thermal comfort is paramount for maintenance crew, even if it means to manually override the control system, which might negatively affect energy consumption. Our Energy Management Service prevents this from happening. We work closely with building’s maintenance identifying potential problems and even fixing them on behalf of the client.
Remote Monitoring
We provide remote access to existing building’s electronic systems over intranet or internet. This remote access is typically used by client to get access to their system from anywhere using computer, tablet or smart-phone. We use the same remote access to continually monitor operation ad performance of the building’s systems, identify potential issues or provide root cause analysis of existing problem.
